Organization Development Officer

Job Responsibilities :

1. Update organization structure for all level and complete with related information.

2. Draft job description, including performance indicator and job specification.

3. Assist job evaluation process to get relative job comparison across the company.

4. Conduct data preparation for workforce/manpower planning and review the fulfillment realization.

5. Perform periodic monitoring & evaluation of corporate culture program implementation.

6. Ensure the validity of database, especially for organization & job management.

Job Requirement :

1. Bachelor Degree from Psychology / Management / Industrial Engineering / related major.

2. Experience in HC/HR area minimum 2 years (experience in OD is an advantage).

3. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

4. Proven conceptual thinking and problem solving skills.

5. Passionate and keen interest to make a positive difference.
