Management Trainee - Sales

Requirements :

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

- Freshgraduates are welcome

- Required skills: able to communicate with level people, sells, negotiation, presentation and demonstrations, independent

- Have prior knowledge and passion for digital marketing

- Comfortable in cold calling and visit


Responsibilities :

- To explore, identify and develop new customers & business partners. To generate sales that bring profitability and/or create strategic positioning. To organize and conduct sales presentation, negotiation and proposals development. To achieve sales target, set up, handle, follow up & meeting with clients


Descriptions :

- Will be rotated across field sales, telesales and clients service team

- The best in the program gets the chance to accompany the CMO for business travel overseas

- Mentored by experienced Sales Directors as well as experienced Entrepreneurs who have set up successful business in various countries in the region
