PT. Holland Colours Asia develops and manufactures custom colors and additives for packaging, silicone sealants, building and construction, specialty applications and other purposes. And now PT. Holland Colours Asia is looking for experts to joint in position: 

Sales Executive 

The job is based in Surabaya, Indonesia 

Job description: 

Managing the business growth and the promotion of PT. Holland Colours Asia in the Indonesian – East or West market. 

Your main responsibilities: 

- Responsible for the pipeline management; 

- As a member of the sales team, he/she works pro-actively and closely together with the other members of the team, to achieve sales growth in the area by integration, cooperation, efficiency improvements and knowledge sharing; 

- Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of the sales activities; 

- Monitor market situation and competitors; 

- To support the execution of order in hand and its collection 

- To implement the standard quality management system integration, according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. 

Your qualifications / Experience: 

- Preferably bachelor degree graduated 

- Sales outstanding record at least in the last 2 years 

- At least 2 years proven track record in sales, preferably within the plastics (masterbatch) and/or color industry; 

- Good verbal and writing skills in English; 

- Proactive, result oriented, self-motivated and responsible; 

- Excellent team player but can work independently; 

- Good communication and presentation skills; 

- Computer literate; MS Windows, Excel, Words and Powerpoint; 

- Ownership of a car driving license, willing to travel or relocated if necessary; 

- Knowledge in ISO 9001; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management system 

Personal requirements: 

- Has a high level of integrity and has a hands-on mentality. Contributes to a positive work environment; 

- Critical, tenacious and proactive attitude and good social, communication and advisory skills; 

- Is living in or is willing to live in Surabaya, Indonesia.
