PT. Lottemart Indonesia as one of the leading retail company in Indonesia is looking for:

Human Resource Section Head.

• HR Section Head will be responsible to manage all HR matters in store (including but not limited to Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit).

• This position will report to Store General Manager & Collaborate with HR Head Office for day to day HR Operation.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree of Law, Psychology or HR Management.

• At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resource filed is required for this position, prefer has experience as HR Generalist.

• Possessed good sense of urgency, able to manage task base on priority level and enjoyed to work with positive & dynamic team.

• Possessed strong ability in data analysis and strong knowledge of every Legal Regulation regarding Labor & Man Power Affair that applied in Indonesia, especially about BPJS.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta area, especially West Jakarta.

• Applicants should be able to work under shift schedule
